Please read the house rules before booking. They help us arrange check-in quickly, prepare the necessary documents and make the stay comfortable for all guests.
Check-in and documents
- An identity document is required upon check-in.
- If needed, document verification may be completed online before arrival.
- We provide a full set of documents for business trip reporting.
- Only guests listed in the reservation may stay in the apartment.
Early check-in and late check-out
- Early check-in is possible from 6:00, subject to availability between bookings.
- Late check-out is possible until 22:00 by prior arrangement.
- Early check-in and late check-out are charged as half of one night’s rate.
Security deposit
- For stays of 1–2 nights, a security deposit of 2000 UAH is required upon arrival.
- The deposit is returned on departure if there is no damage to the apartment, furniture, appliances or textiles.
- Exceptions and additional conditions are agreed before check-in.
Age restrictions and use of the apartment
- We do not accommodate guests under 25 years old.
- Exceptions may be possible by prior agreement and with a security deposit at check-in.
- Parties, celebrations and noisy events are not allowed.
- The apartment is not rented for office, commercial use, filming or events without separate approval.
Cleaning and bed linen
- Free apartment cleaning and bed linen change are available after 4–6 days of stay.
- Additional cleaning can be arranged separately.
Payment and booking
- The price depends on the apartment, dates, number of guests and length of stay.
- The website shows “from” prices per night.
- We accept Visa and Mastercard payments.
Comfort and safety
- Please respect quiet hours, take care of the apartment and be considerate of neighbors.
- Internet works during power outages in all Home Hotel apartments.
- Self check-in via a mini safe is available in selected apartments.
